So I am about 2 months out from treatment and am feeling about 85% like “myself”, while still figuring out what that means.
I am healthy, have started to work out 2–3 days a week, and am starting to ponder life now that I am not a full-time patient. So far, I am a mentor for a program in my area for high school students. I am planning on re-entering the workforce.
I will continue to live in gratitude. I am so lucky. I was given a second chance, and I plan on using it well. On to new adventures, stories and life. Life is really beautiful.
